SGM on 6th October 2013

Special General Body Meeting (SGM) of Meghvarsha Co-Op. Housing Society Ltd. is scheduled for Sunday, 6th October 2013 at 11 am in Society’s Club House.

Primary purpose of the meeting is to agree next course of action for Deemed conveyance. As discussed during AGM, deemed conveyance incurs a significant cost for all members (approximately Rs.55000 – 60000/- per flat) and hence we request everyone to be available for the meeting and put forward their views. Decision taken during SGM will be binding on all the members.  All the members are therefore requested to attend the said meeting and take active part therein.

Dear Meghvarsha Society Member,
Please check the below notice,

1] Share Certificate
Please submit your agreement copy and Know-Your-Members (KYM) form in
office before 31-Dec-2012. This is required to prepare the
certificate.

2] SRM fund
As per By-Laws we need to collect Sinking and Repairs Fund (SRM).
Please pay it before 31-Dec-2012. The SRM list is available on website

3] Regarding Tenants
It is observed that flats are rented out to bachelors/student/single
working professions or used for business purpose.
As decided in AGM, the flats are to be rented only to a family. If
such is the case, please inform the existing tenants as soon as
possible and take care henceforth.

4] Parking Areas:
It is observed that 4 wheeler as well as 2 wheeler are parked
in visitors parking. Vehicals should be parked in respective parking
only. Henceforth appropriate action will be taken against offenders.

5] Regarding Advertisements:
Please do not stick ad’s/bills of classes, parlors etc in lifts/ walls
near lifts, whiteboards near gate or club house. If requested to
society, the advertisements can be put up on the notice boards for 1
week.
